What am I doing wrong? Flipping my first property. Should I sell or lease?

If you buy a new truck...than you're no better off. Why waste it? You'd have a truck... but who doesn't? Not everyone's got an asset to protect. Don't waste your $ on an item that depreciates.

What service do you use to find properties on mls?  Do you RSS feed?  I use trulia, and oodle because of the rss.  Oodle unfortunatly is slow at updating the rss though, takes about 2 days or so for it to send stuff it finds.  But it does search thousands of sites so it does find stuff that i cant.

Im going the route of flipping and then getting into commercial real estate where the big boys hang out. Commercial real estate has much better opportunities in renting and a much bigger reward for flipping. I'm not saying flipping commercial real estate is not risky im just saying its where the money is at.
