Vacant Houses, owners missing

Can anyone tell me how to track down the owners of vacant houses. I have found a few, and one I found the owners bought it in 1993. So I would love to track them down and find out if they sucked the equity out or do I have potential deal on my hands. Please help if you know how I can find these folks.

Do a skip trace.  Google "skip trace" to shop what company to use.

I don't think we can recommend companies on this forum.  Just google skip trace & also put Real Estate Investing on the same line.
