This is my first post, and I just wanted to say Hi.
I'm just starting out as a real estate investor, and I do have a few units now, however, I don't think I got the greatest deals, I was just to eager to get started.  I eventually want to quit my 9 to 5 job and do this full time.
My question is:  Do most of you prefer hiring a manager for your rentals or doing it yourself?

Howdy Vicblues:

Work smart. You can not find deals if you are fixing toilets. On the other hand you need to eat and if you can not afford a manager you need to do it yourself.

Kind of a simple answer but I lost one fortune by doing just the opposite.

LOL
