Anybody use MyRealtyData to get deals???

Is there anything good about it?  Bad?  I saw them promoting it at a REI meeting in LA last month, just curious if anybody has mastered how to use it.  It looked great, just a bit out of my price range.

Yes, it is a good source for pre-foreclosure leads, i recommend it - however I have noticed that it isn't so good in some states.  They do offer a 20 day or so FREE trial.  Try that out and see what you think.  I personally like it.
