Does anyone have experience working with homevestors as a scout/bird dog?  I received info from one gentleman on this board that they worked well with him.  I'm just trying to get a feel on how to approach them and what to expect?  I seem to be having an issue getting past the phone answerer and actually speaking to someone.  She takes my number for someone to call.

Its a franchise, they are legit but the franchise fee is 10's of thousands of dollars and you need about 100k of working capital according to a student of mine.

Some have been successful with it and some have not.  I look as it this way:

For the 130k to 150k it takes to do this I can take control of no less than 10 properties by way of subject 2 and still have a lot in reserve to do even more.

Just my thoughts!
