Hello everyone.  We are new to this forum.  My name is Corie and my partner is Alex.  We are full time real estate investors and found properties in different states for less than 25K that cash flow between $400 - $500.  We are exited to share our knowledge and insights in this forum for real estate investing.

That market has seen some change over the past 12 months.
Where is your successes, SFH, Condos, commercial?
Are they in CALI or other states?
