Wholesaling and Pre Qual/Pre Approval Letter

Hello everyone,

I want to say thanks for all the information that is shared in the forums.  I have gained really great knowledge and have this group to think for getting me motivated and started.

My question is, what are some suggestions to getting around or ontaining pre-approval letter/pre qual letter when you are tryign to acquire a home to wholesale.  I have came across properties asking for EM(earnest money) as well.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you don't have money for a deposit, and don't have a pre-approval letter, then I would focus my efforts on private sellers- not listed properties.   

Once you build up some cash, and get yourself a pre-approval letter, then you can start making offers on listed properties if you still desire to do so.
