Need Creative Financing for T/B

I am looking for a company, or several companies that will offer financing to tenant buyers who have less than perfect credit and little money down.  Do any of you have experience with a company that can help and who will allow me, as the investor and owner of the house, to be directly invloved?

I'd suggest contacting David Alexander through the Memberlist and seeing if he can recommend someone up your way.  I would think he can put you in touch with a local person that can get this done.
