I just want to know how is the winter investing season for everyone? is it slow? what do you do in the down time if its down?

You read you learn you read you learn. The darn bandit signs won't even stick in the frozen ground. Hopefully with the extended tax credit things won't slow down as bad. You could also start investing out of state. Herbster

I haven't let up on the throttle since last Dec.  I'm finishing up the final rehab items on our only vacancy so it can pass inspection this next week.  Then it's on to two more houses closing next month.  One will be easy, the other will keep me busy for a few months.
