Has anyone tried these guys? I'm looking at trying some short sales, I need some good leads, thanks.

I subscribed to them some time in the past. The leads are mostly old. Not enough time to package and submit a SS to the bank before foreclosure date. My 2cents. SOMETIMES I WOULD GET ONES THAT WERE 3-4 WEEKS AWAY. HOWEVER,  THOSE WERE FEW TO MENTIONED.

RealtyTrac covers all counties in the U.S. and by zip code too.  They are good if you are a realtor, but not an investor.

There are basically two major players in the online foreclosure lead field.  Realty Trac and Foreclosure.com.  Realty Trac clams to have the largest database of listings, but thats because they over inflate their numbers.  For quality leads I'd recommend Foreclosure.com.  Not as much crap to sort through.

You can read about the "free foreclosure lead" issue on the foreclosure.com blog - clearly they're going to be biased, but its an insightful read:
