hey everyone I am trying to get into wholesaling I just joined my local rei can anyone get me started realestate investing has been a passion for me

You are off to a great start, joining a REI club.  Network with as many wholesalers (NEW and Experienced). Find out who, they work with ( title co's, lawyers etc.)  Find a mentor, who will work with you. Do some deals ,while you learn. Smiley Smiley

Not to be a buzzkill but be sure that "Learning about investing" does not end up being your passion.  Far too many newbies are so caught up in Learning about investing, that they never get too any actual investing.

Education is the key.  One really good book I recommend is the "ABC's of Real Estate Investing" by Ken McKelroy.
