How do I work with two different Realtors in the same area?

I have two great Investor/Realtors.  Is it best to disclose to each of them that you are working with both?
Some properties overlap but each realtor has their own focus and abilities.  I want to be fair and open.  Need some tips please and thanks.

Honesty and integrity is a great thing to have in this and any other business.  If you like both and they're doing a great job for you, why not just alternate back and forth for different deals?  We work with two Realtors - a father and son team.  We've done several deals with both of them.
