WOW........I have been looking at soem of the posts that come through here and people always say if you use a RE agent, make sure you find a good one to work with.  Well here was my situation.  I called on agent about a townhouse I seen, but she told me that another investor jumped on it already.  Well that was o.k. for me because I know there are plenty more.  Then she just jumped in and asked if I was an investor and she wanted to do business with me.  As we speak she is running listings for me to invest in and we built this little relationship in just 3 minutes tops.  Now I see that there are some really good agents out there that knows how to make money also :-)  Just thought I would share that info.   Take care and happy postings!!

What area does that agent work in, I'll leave her to work with you, but perhaps she can give you / I a couple agent friends of hers?
