I was just checking out Michael Carbonare's Naked Investor site... and I'm tempted to buy the course already. How's the course for you guys, Mr. Investor and AlexLock85? Thumbs up?

Please understand I was not saying that lease options are "brokering". It was the phrase "Puts two people together" that was ambiguous as I missed that part that Herbster had said, my apologies.

As there are a lot of new investors on this site I was just try to make it clear that you have to have equitable interest in a property before you can market it.. Sounds like we are all on board with regard to that.

Please know that I didn't mean to come off as derogatory or preachy toward anyone.
