Please understand I was not saying that lease options are "brokering". It was the phrase "Puts two people together" that was ambiguous as I missed that part that Herbster had said, my apologies.

As there are a lot of new investors on this site I was just try to make it clear that you have to have equitable interest in a property before you can market it.. Sounds like we are all on board with regard to that.

Please know that I didn't mean to come off as derogatory or preachy toward anyone.
