If there is a successful wholesaler out who can let me know what they spend the most time doing that would be great. I want to know what are the most important things i should be doing. I want to know what are the things that i must do,and what are the things i can out source

1.Building your buyers list
2.Finding deals
3.Marketing your deals
4.Get paid

I agree with Mr. Investor. Building a buyers list and finding property are the two most important parts of the equation although without being able to market the properties and getting paid there is not much need for the first two.
Finding a property is probably the main thing because without property you don't need a buyer but without a buyer you don't need property. A little confusing but true.
Do them all and when you have less of one then work hard on it.

#1 should be to learn your market.  You can't wholesale anything if you have no idea what a property would be worth.  Know your market inside and out.  You need to network with like minded people.  Find your local REIA, talk to other investors, drive by houses that are being fixed up, talk to those contractors, call for rent signs to find buyers, put ads on craigslist, etc. etc.
