I am looking at closing on a deal and I want to make sure I am understanding the process.
I have an approved SS I am in contract with the seller. I am selling the property to an end buyer.

How do I get around the title search issue and close when I am not on Title?
Will the end buyer have any seasoning issue problems with the mortgage company?
Are there any Texas laws, contracts or issues I need to be aware of when closing a SS?

Could you just do an option with the seller and sell the option to the end buyer? Not as much money but fast and without any of the things you asked about.

You should be fine as long as your end buyer doesn't use an FHA loan.
