This document is a Revocable Trust Agreement. The grantor agrees to convey to the trustee the property listed on Schedule A, which is attached to the agreement. The trustee will hold, administer, and distribute the funds under the provisions listed in the agreement.

My question is, is this the form I will need in buying subject-to?
and what other form will I need to assign the benefits to myself?

I would either ask a RE attorney or your local title company or escrow company to make sure thats the right one for your state.
