There was a thread a while ago with a bunch of us who wholesale (birddog) in northern new jeresy. If you are looking to get together with a bunch of us, go to meetup.com and search out wholesalers. There is a meeting march 3rd.

I just started and wholesaling will be my stratagy for now. I have one that's working right now and one on the back burner that is waiting for oil tank removal.
