I have a deal the survey shows a utiltiy easement encroachment. Is this a no no?
I am buying at 70%. to include seller will carry second and pay cc so I dont come with anything out of pocket. House needs repairs though.
Located in a good area. Is this a good deal or should I back away esp with the easement encroachment thing i dont understand going on.
Someone help!!

A great many properties have utility easements. Most of the time they are a problem. The main reason they might be is if you wanted to build and couldn't because of th easement. Ask the title company to interpret it for you to see if it is truly a problem. If you can't find out send more info on it and I'll try to sort it out for you.
As far as being a good deal you don't give enough info to tell.
