Wholesaling Paperwork (Contracts)

 I am just starting out in the real estate game, and have chosen wholesaling as my start up to get some capital built up. I have been reading a lot of info over the last year trying to learn as much as possible before getting started. I understand the jist of wholesaling, but do not understand where to get the necessary contracts and paperwork for me to complete these deals, let alone for me to study the proper forms so that I don't make a mistake somewhere. I have learned much from many mentors out there, but mostly on the basics. Do I have to create them myself, can I just modify the documents my realtor uses, or is there somewhere I can go to find out more on this? Please help.

Basically you just need to get an assignment contract and a purchase agreement.

Look on ebay for an inexpensive course

or google wholesaling contracts and you can come up with something.
