Finding a Lawyer

First I'd like to say hello to everyone and say that I am a newbie to this forum. I reside in Prince Georges county, Md., which is a suburb of Washington DC and am trying to get started in the REI arena. I've read a couple of books, Thomas Luciers "The Pre-Foreclosure Property Investors Kit" and Scott Risters " Instant Cash Wholesaling Houses". My question being, how do I find a qualified attorney and title company in my area to help me get answers to the many questions I have? I have contacted a few, but was not impressed with their experience with creative financing and state laws rerarding flipping properties. All and any input would be appreciated.
