Is there anyone out there who can refer me to a Title company, Banks, and a Lawyer that does Double CLosings, I'm in the Bronx, New York...

I don't know any personally, but I would look in the phone book, that's  where Im starting to look.(Im in the Bx also).  Cool

I found mine by asking for referrals from the active wholesalers and investors in my city.

The majority of the title companies where I'm at do not even know what a double close is, so going through the phone book would have resulted in a lot of dead ends/rejection.

Try and find out who the players are in your neck of the woods (rei meetings are a good start), and ask them who they use.

You might also put up an ad on Craigslist...... "Looking for an investor friendly title company..."
Something like that.  Can't hurt to try- it's free.

Thanks for your responses, I will try both, I am currently looking for REI Club in the New York area, but seemed to have disappeared....Hey smart homes maybe we might get a chance to team up on something, Im still trying to get off the ground but lift off is right around the corner....

LOL LOL I know. Sometimes you have to use all resources REI clubs, driving around, looking in the phone book, looking on craiglist or any online service. There so many, you just pick one you are comfortable with.  I know all the RE clubs in the bronx is not responding, But there is one in queens, the link is on the right click RE clubs.  Also I do know of a realtor, who is allowing assignment contracts in the bx.
