Can an attorney close the deal in his office???

or do I need to find a title company??

cause we don't have a title company here at the phil. ...

Some states you need an attorney to close some states don't whatever state you are investing I would find out.

Well that's a different ball game I don't know your countries real estate laws I know here that some states require attorneys to close.

I would just call some title companies and see what they say.
