The quickest and easiest way to find your first wholesale deal is to put up 4000 bandit signs within the next 30 days and spread them out over 60 square miles so the towns won't be all over you. I guarantee you'll have your first deal within 60 days. I did this in providence ri and my first year i wholesaled ten deals.

Post cards! to code violations and absentee owners! Some homeowners  have forgotten about the properties, some gave up on maintaining them years ago. This is what I target for my low budget marketing. Oh yeah, flyers and tearaway flyers are great too.
