There is nothing good about this...  Im young, and have only been into politcs for like 3-4 years, so I have a question.  How can people put up with this?

I dont think I can take a whole term of this Congress/Presidentcy.

Whats sad is... I have a gut feeling (and I know most of you guys do too), in 2010, we all know dam well Americans wont clean house like they need to.  Its going to be the same old game.

Something needs to happen, its getting beyong... belief.  Its almost like were in a comedy movie, except.. its not so funny.

Spain done the same "green" crap and it's led to almost 20% unemployed they said it takes away 2.5 jobs to create 1 "green" job.Plus global warming is an unproven myth,if it's so set in stone how come thousands of scientists are sueing the none scientist al gore. It's a govt hoax for mega money.I also believe it's time to put your impeach obama stickers and shirts on,who cares what brainless morons you offend. Thanks yall for understanding,I know most of america feels the same,we just need to organize and show them that they are way outnumbered.GET ORGANIZED IN YOUR COMMUNITY,THEN MULTIPLY.

The good thing is that this bill has an uphill battle in the Senate, which hasn't reached the same radical level of socialism that prevails in the House.

If you want to take to the streets, you'll have your chance in only a few days.  The next round of tea parties will occur on July 4th - in thousands of cities across the country!  I'LL BE THERE!

I don't think any protesting in the streets will do any good. The powers that be will push their agenda. I think its best to adjust to the changes that create profit.

I do plan on attending a protest on the 4th.I agree that they are totally ignorring the majority and the protest feel useless,on the other hand that's what they want you to think.By giving up you're giving in,and I'm not gonna give into any of this. The 2nd amendment was put in for the very reason of last resort against govt takeover and it's lookin more useful every day under this dictatorship.I hope a common ground union is formed for the common sense people to unite under and gather to show that the liberals are way outnumbered.Keep up the good fight yall and educate whoever needs it before the 2010 election.

Better hope some independent person has a chance in the next election because the GOP aren't helping themselves a bit right now.  Bunch of idiots can't keep from cheating on their wives, texting young boys, etc.  With the ultra liberal media love affair, good luck trying to convince tons of Americans that we're headed in the wrong direction.

It won't be long before many will be convinced. Obama is now at 59% approval. Higher than Bush at the same time but still slipping. He won't be able to hang on to the lies and acts of treason against the American public that much longer.

I agree it feels like an uphill battle against the media's darling, but the proof is in the streets. So he can keep getting on television with his stats and breakdowns but sooner or later those followers are gonna look outside and see he's full of crap.A lady today said her husband's been laid off from caterpillar for 4months now,the same company he said would not have to lay off in fact they'll hire more if this stimulous is passed. The lies are really pilling up as fast as he's running through billions.
Also conoco oil said it would import all it's oil and quit demestic production if cap&trade passes. So how do this morons expect to "create jobs"with this BS(aside from more govt jobs)??

It's interesting that the libs here don't have too much to say about this. Are you guys starting to have second thoughts like the rest of America is?

I'm no expert on this, but I thought it was cars and factories that caused most of the CO2 emissions, why don't they focus on that.

If this passes, I guess they will offer some kind of tax deduction for these upgrades, but will that really help much? Are you going to spend $5000-10000 worth of "green upgrades" into a $30,000 house in a bad neighborhood just to resell it?
