I was reading a marketing newsletter on paostcard campaigns which stated that if someone sees your name 5 or more times in print they feel as if they know you and are more apt to use your services over someone else's. It also stated sending a postcard every 6 to 8 weeks.
My postcard campaign is directed at real estate note holders. I connect buyers of real estate notes with sellers of real estate notes. Sometimes real estate note holders do not realize that they can sell their note. Most did not want tohold a note in the first place.
