I was wondering if there is anyone in the surrounding Philadelphia Area that has done any fix and flips for a good profit?
Where did you do them?
How much did you pay for them?
How much time and money on Re-hab?
How much More did you make when you sold it?
What was the turn around time on it all?
What was good about it?
What was bad, or trouble areas to look out for?
I have done one a while back in NC, but not in my own backyard.
I have a great contractor and handyman team to do the work, I have investors, now I just need an "Ugly" property to put the deal all together. Any suggestions?
If you have done a deal like this in my area, your experience's on it would be greatly appreciated!
