 IS THERE REALLY PEOPLE OR COMPANIES WHO BUY NOTHING BUT MILLION $ PROPERTIES EX: $5,000,000 10,000,000 20,000,000 AND SO ON. I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR SOME FEEDBACK THANKS

During the early, 90's, recession in CA an acquaintance of mine bought a house in Newport Beach for 775K that was originally bought for 3 million.  Last time I spoke to him in 2001 he said it was appraised at 10 mil.  Go figure.

There are several, of the top of my head look at http://jdirealty.com/html/buy.htm they then in turn a developer (sunvest) who then depending on location and tupe of asset will partner with a developer who will convert. I used this example becuase i am most familar, i did a lot of homework on the developer i am investing with.
