Eric Medemars The Wholesaling Machine, Barry Grimes Bird-dogging 101, Thomas J. Lucier Pre-Foreclosures Investment Strategies & Stephani Davis Flip This REO to name a few. And continuously reading this forum and others.

Has anyone bought Steve Cook, Wholesaling for Quick Cash?  It's $297.  Is it good?  I am thinking of buying it.

Steve's course is one of the best wholesaling courses out there, imo.  It's all content and no fluff.

I have it, and give it two thumbs up.

Steve Cook cooks good. His book is one of the best. It's easy to understand and insightful to grasp every levels of REI. And it's never bad to buy other material as well. There's always something in everything.

The first course I ever studied was by Vena Jones Cox.  She has at least 2 wholesaling courses out there, as well as some other great training material.  I really appreciated how she broke down the whole process step by step, and you can get it for under 1K.

If you want to get paid for learning how to Wholesale, do what Robert Kiyosaki recommends and get a job with a Wholesaling company, like HomeVestors... I did that once when I didn't have any money for marketing MY business.

PS: I'm not a fan of HomeVestors, but them and companies like them are a good place to start if you have zero cash for education, marketing, etc.

I would Google "Ron Legrand"
He has a pretty decent website and has decent courses to check out. Good Luck.

I personally have read only Eric Medemars.  I would give it 9.7 out of 10.  Worth more than the 97 dollars he charges.  Just my opinion

I've got to agree with you 100% Eric's course is good stuff.

It was the first course I bought way back in the day and since then I've done some pretty decent numbers.  So I can tell you it works.

When I decided on it, I had asked my blog reader what they recommended and his was the one.

What I really liked is he didn't have anything to sell me afterward so I knew that it wouldn't be one of those guru scams where they "give you just enough info, to realize that you need to buy more info"....Still to this day, he's just got his $97 course.

I learned from Ron Legrand, Lou Brown and Kris Kirshner. All were good starting points, the rest comes from experience

I woujld tell you but I would have to kill you...lol

You can click on the link in my signature and it will take you there....

Or if you google "Wholesaling real estate" right now I'm #1, #5, #6 out of the 54,000,000 entries

I personally have read only Eric Medemars.  I would give it 9.7 out of 10.  Worth more than the 97 dollars he charges.  Just my opinion

I'm going to keep working at it until I can get a 10/10.....It doesn't cost me a penny more to give killer information than it does to give bad information...

So I'll keep adding new ideas to my course as I come across them....That's the Truly Awesome part of buying electronic courses vs traditional "Home study".....

I can update all of my info in under 5 minutes if I stumble across some new killer strategies....I've been continuing to add to my material for 3 years and believe me I run into alot of new stuff when I'm actually out doing real estate (My real job)  :-)

Where as my much of my competitions Material is the EXACT  SAME as it was prior to the housing crash....Which as you know, changed the way wholesaling needs to be done DRASTICALLY.

Eric Medemar’s Summary

I currently own 30+ rental properties in Grand Rapids, MI. I have designed several online real estate investing courses.

I have built my investment courses from the ground up including doing my own SEO, designing my own sites, writing my own sales copy, putting together my own affiliate network, and writing my own auto responder campaigns.

This years projections for net profit looks to be $80,000-$100,000, which isn't a huge number but we started with nothing less than a year ago.

My goal for 2009 is $250,000+, and the five year plan is to add 8 more products to our product line and sales to exceed $1,000,000
