As a wholesaler if I give a potential buyer the address can he find my partner ?

I have 7 propertys that i added 6k to the price that my partner wants for them and i am helping him to flip them to an end buyer. if i give the address to a potential end buyer that calls me is it possible for them to get in touch with my partner some how even maybe by mistake, maybe they pass by to see a house and my partner might be there taking pictures or whatever and i get cut out of the deal because maybe the end buyer never mentioned that i gave them the address or that they saw my advertisement that i created..

What form if any would protect me in this situation ?
