Hey you guys,I just purchased Eric's course and just wanted to publicly announce that my real estate investing career now begins(took a page out of  property911expert's book), and I'm ready to make some dough!One of the main reasons I decided to get into wholesaling was to be able to fund my baseball career and to be able to have a REAL backup plan,not a piece of paper!sorry guys,im sure if I punched you in the face I'd be able to take "that piece of paper out of your hands!"haha.I'll keep you guys posted to let you know how the course is,I'm going all out in this biz and expect to start making some cash asap!...excuse me...LOADS  OF CA$H!!So here it goes,next year,by October 24th 2010, the Maserati Granturismo hard top convertible.. will be mine!!...Now lets see if I stick to that..maybe i'll settle with a used slk 500...actually no, grandturismo it is!!haha

ps..if you happen to read this Eric,you have me by 15lbs on the bench press!haha,im only 20,so I have some time to catch up!!...and thanks for providing us with an awesome program!It's definitely appreciated and WILL be put to good use!

It's funny I can remember the first real estate course that I bought, I was literally amazed at how poorly it performed my testing facilities.

My testing facilities were high up in my closet buried under some some sweaters and after 2 weeks the stupid thing hadn't made me a penny...

So I stacked some more sweaters on it, until one day, I brought it out and read it, then used it, WoW, that whole taking action thing kinda works...

I'm still refining my Wholesaling courses so that they will do all of the work for you...You simply need to get a PO Box somewhere in the Bahamas, forward it to my course, then it will just send you checks...

I've appreciated the comments Eric has made in this forum.
He seems like he really knows his stuff.

Just wanting to throw my 2 cents in.

Remember that the course is just a piece of the puzzle- not the entire solution in itself.

Just about every course I've read has had something beneficial you can get out of it.
The rest depends on the student and their application.

when i first got started in this business, I went through the same classes locally as a handful of other guys. A year later, they were still 'taking courses' and I had signed up 50 deals!

Same classes. Same opportunities. Only I didn't worry about the competition.

Just work hard and YOU will be the competition for the big boys.
Apply what you learn and you'll be giving Eric his biggest testimonial!

Hi guys i am about to purchase Eric's course too.

But before I purchase, he suggests that one needs to get there head in order. So Eric I'm not drinking just thinking.

I am getting suited up for practicing what I read and mastering what i preach. This is my public declaration from the State of NewJersey. I am a realtor and currently hold a Title Producers license, my husband is an apprasier and studying home inspection. We are gearing up for our first 70,000-100,000 dollars in Real Estate Investing only!!!.
