Anyone here do wholesaling in MA?

Hi everyone,

I am curious as to what kind of contracts you use since here in MA we have an offer and then we go to purchase and sale with attorneys after the offer is agreed to. What contract do you wholesale? The offer or the p&s? Or do you just do a double close?  If the wholesaling fee is small say around 5k i wouldn't think a double close would be worth it. I would be thinking of just assigning my contract at that point but what contract do i assign? If you use an attorney and go to p&s that is getting pretty involved isn't it?
