Is John Locks on Bird Dog beneficial and helpful?

ive never see the john cash locke system. i know its like $49.00 for less than 100 pages right ? i bought barry j grimes course for $97.00. its got 5 volumes totalling over 1000 pages. plus i got tons of documents and a few different software. oh yeah and a few other e-books too. i read a few reviews on it and gotten word from a few people that had bought it. everybody gave it thumbs up. so i bought it. now im working it. now i too gotta give it 2 thumbs up . its your money, so you decide.

I ender up buying it and also another one that is even better for $12.95  called Real Estate Bird Dog.  It has steps of what to do and the effectiveness.
