Probate Leads are the place to be

I don't know about you but the only lead I have ever gone after is probate leads. They are the easiest and cheapest lead to target. Lets say you have an individual that passes away and leaves there home to the beneficiary in the estate. The beneficiary is living in another town or maybe another state. They can't get renters in the house and they have no clue the value of the property. In most cases they will be willing to sell real cheap. Not only cause they don't want to deal with the upkeep but also because they don't understand what the real value is of the property. Now you can get these leads in any courthouse in America. It is all public knowledge and they are free. Some counties offer a subscription online and you can access it from any computer. So what I am saying is if you want easy free leads then target probate leads. There are a ton of them out there. Good luck.

Yeah but can you turn those leads into cash that's the bigger question here.

I have a question....when you go to the courthouse, what department do you go to and what do you ask them? how often would you go? once a week, a month etc... are there other ways to get probate leads besides actually going to the court.
Thanks in advance.
