I'm having a hard time finding the property description (online) for a place in Fitchburg, MA. I can find the deed, but the property description is so complex and not in "lots" or "blocks", I don't know what to write on the P&S Agreement.

Could I execute a Purchase Agreement without a legal description in MA? Could I just place the physical address on the Agreement?

You write the address and "see Addendum A." Then you copy the property description, lable it Addendum A, and add it to the purchase agreement.

That's very common in land purchase. I would not use just the street address, because sometimes the county has those filed incorrectly. Small risk, but don't take even small chances if it is something easy to avoid.
