Basic questions, can really use your help

Hello,

Are any of you having success assigning your contracts? If so, what are you using for proof of funds? also, how do I find buyers so that I can have the confidence to make bids on houses.

Also, are you using full contracts or one pagers. I currently live in Texas and I have used the 11 page texas real estate contract (TREC)

Please help want to do well at this.
