Very good Michael.  Didn't have any idea what this was when I first went to the website and I understand it now.  Think it's a great start.  Deffenintly has reason to say YES.  With people always looking for the faster and easier I think it's great, as an agent, I would use it!

I like it, it seems like it would be a great service. Many of the other short code services are annoying to use! I'd make a couple of adjustments. First, use a different phone. That phone looks like it's 5 years old! I'd use a modern phone picture so you come off as a modern service. Also, on the bottom, I'd put the carriers in order from largest to smallest. (Verizon, AT&T, T-mo, Sprint-Nextel, etc.) I also have a problem with the formatting to the right of the phone, as well as on the bottom of the page, Just so you are aware. Looking at your HTML, it looks like you need to do some tables and css work and you should be fine.

I suggest you put a short "capture form" above the fold on the landing page.  Your link implies a jump to a second page. 

Here's a great tutorial about the impact of putting a short capture form above the fold.  This guy uses InfusionSoft as his back end automation system - ignore that - just look at the increase in optins he gets when he puts a short form up top, then a long form as his order form.

I tried loggin' in using user=sample and pass=agent, but couldn't.

Great idea but I think an interested buyer would rather "call" an agent through his/her cellphone than send a text message.

This idea is pretty much the same as that of www.live247support.com but they organize viewing through their live chat operators who act as appointment-setters. Real estate agents who have live chat operators on their websites will be sent text alerts to their cellphone whenever the live chat operators/online appointment-setters set up an appointment online.
