What is the best real estate online valuation estimator to use, zillow, cyberhomes, eppraisal.com, etc?

Don't use just one. I use 3, zillow, cyberhomes, and homegain just for starters then I look at area sales in the past 6 months, visit the property and check out the area. There are a dozen plus valueation sites you could use or just pay for an appraisel. Herbster

Neither their estimates are always way off. The best way to determine value of a home is from recent sold comps you get either from a friendly realtor or some title companies may have them.

A membership to realtytrac.com allows you to view recently sold in homes in a particular area/region.
