Iam looking for any one  who can help with the locate and buy  propreties in portland/ Bend  / Redmond  Oregon   that are desperate /pre-foreclosures

iam not that picky  on the property just as long as it is not  raw land

It  can be homes /apt  complexes    commercial  ect

They just need to get rid of the property  asap   

And willing o work any kind of a deal all most to get it done

I don't know anybody to recomend, but you might try putting an ad on Craigslist Bend saying that you are looking for birddogs or wholesalers in the Bend Redmond area. I know they are out there.

Be prepared to get lots of offers for "bargain" property in La Pine.
