EPA lead paint pamphlet

 Where can i get some EPA lead paint pamphlet? Is it ok to just copy www.hud.gov/offices/lead/enforcement/disclosure.cfm PDF file on plain papers, or is there a place where i can order some pamphlet?

I buy mine for $1 at the local Board of Realtors, try yours. Somewhere on the Gov site I ran across an area to buy them in bulk. While printing them out would probably pass, it wastes to many cartridges. You might be wise to hand out the disclosure as well, again $1 ea.

It's fine to print them off line. It's also fine to print them in black and white.

The EPA will send you 4 of them for free. It takes 3-4 months before you get them. I ordered some and by the time they arrived, I'd forgotten that I ordered them. I was going: Whoa! Why's the EPA sending me official looking packets of stuff?

You can buy them from the EPA, but it's a large number of them in an order.

Stationary stores that sell fill-in-the-blank contracts will sell them.

Real estate offices all have them. I assume they get them in a bulk order from the EPA, so the price per won't be too bad.

Any local landlord association will have them.
