Need HUD Hound Help
«
on:

I've been attempting to use Eric's HUD Hound Method and am having troubles. I get all the way through just fine until I am supposed to take my addresses and attach names to them. The closest I get to getting somewhere is my Salt Lake County tax administration website. I click on the recorder link and it wants $150 one time fee and $25 a month. I don't mind paying if it works and there isn't a better option. The next link is assessor link. When i enter an address in this link names come up, but I entered my personal address in and the previous owners name still shows up. I purchased my home 4 months ago. A little direction would be greatly appreciated.

Once you have the name you go to searchbug or anywho to geta phone number and address. BTW my county website is free. As far as your own house goes you need to check into that. Herbster
