Bank Forgives Home Loan After Loan Mod

A Long Island couple is home free after an outraged judge gave them an amazing Thanksgiving present -- canceling their debt to ruthless bankers trying to toss them out on the street.

Its called PROVE THE DEBT SHOW ME THE NOTE!! Works on about 1 out of 25 if you do it right.

I don't think the BANK forgave the debt. The judge granted it. I believe the bank is going to appeal.
