Where can I find statistical information for my county? In my case it is Williamson County TX.
Do you know of any articles or sources of information for listing rates and foreclosure rates in Williamson County?
For example, how many reposessions were there in Williamson county in 2003, 2004, and so far in 2005?
What is the average price per square foot of homes in Williamson cty (or just Georgetown) on homes of less than 1600 square feet in 2003, 2004, 2005?
What is the average listing price versus tax appraisal value in Williamson cty (or just Georgetown)?

Since I am not an agent (and don't intend to ever be) I don't have direct access to MLS. If I did, would it contain the answers?
