You can't just ask for a mentor.  You need to be more specific.  Do you want to focus on buying houses? Or buying and renting out apartment buildings?  Do you want to do this full-time or part-time?  How much money do you want to make?  When do you want to retire?  Do you plan on being actively involved or just a passive investor?

Take the time to develop a clear idea of what you want out of real estate investing.  But more importantly, you need to realize that building a real business will take a very serious commitment and many years of your life.  But it's all worth it.

Good luck.

Wantabe,

Please answer the following questions and I believe someone on this forum will be able to help and recommend a solution for you.

1.  Detail experience in real estate
2.  What is your strategy?
3.  What is your criteria?
4.  How do you plan to finance deals?
5.  How do you plan to do and exit deals?
