Has anyone here taken Jason Gilbert's home study course or seminar?

I have never heard of Jason Gilbert. About a month ago, you posted the same question about Dave Lindahl seminars. I do have his Apartment Houses Riches home study course but never been to any of his seminars. Some where on the net I read that one of his seminars cost $5k and they spent most of the time promoting other stuff. I don't know if that is true.

Apartment House Riches cost $995 but I got it for $550. Its a very good book but costly. You can find cheap ones on ebay.

The recommended apartment building course are just $100 and offer more value than the course I bought from Dave Lindahl.
