Hi, I am a new RE investor. I am trying to get some info on best ways to farm an area. I have driven around the area quite a bit over the past few weeks to learn my area of interest. I was wondering how others farmed their areas. I am a little pressed for extra time as i have a full time job and family. I have thought of using realquest.com to help get a better understanding to save me time. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

How to Farm? LOL

Depends on what kind of crop you are going to grow!

First you need to have good decent growing soil. And a really good person to drive the Tractor. So personally I Have my lead provider John bring the soil he finds me people that are 60-90 days late on there mortgage off of soft pulls on there credit. This allows me to hit the Farm 90-120 days before the NOD/NED gets posted to the barn door! From there you need a good pitch (fork) you send out something to dull ya aint never gonna grow.. You know what to say and how to say it and things will sprout up everywhere! Just don't get caught up in the manure that there is only one way to make it work and you will be suprised in just a few short months your crop will explode. And then the farmers will tell other farmers and next thing you know your in business...

Thats how ya farm!  Now as far as the area. If the numbers make sense who needs an area.

I really should not post after midnight it just does something to me!
