First Investment!

Myself and two partners are planning on buying our first investment property together, We are planning on buying a SFH, that is under market value and With with some cosmetic surgery it can apraise even higher. None of us have purchased a home before, so will the bank give us a no money down deal because its our first home? or will putting a sizable down payment be good for a lower intrest rate. we plan on flipping a couple properties before buying larger investments like a duplex or quadplex, anyone have any wisdom to pass on to a first timer, maybe some things i should look out for or things i should be sure to do, thanks guys.
