Before you purchase a property, consider the location and the purpose of having them. If you want to change the property into a commercial space, then look for those found in fields with high foot traffic. Avoid selecting fields which are prone to floods. Check the drainage system of the property.

Anyone can actually try to experiment in terms of RE industry to provide either successful outcomes in their future career. However, when one fails, it does not mean that they are not going to be successful anymore. It only means that the individual should learn from that failure and use it as a learning experience in the future.

You are right buddy that real estate is a good business to invest and get profitable return on the investment but I have heard that experts predicted about the real estate market and according to them real estate market is in recession and it will boom again after spring 2012 so people should avoid investing in real estate until spring 2012..!!
