I am working with a large Property Management Company that is currently selling about 300 properties Land Contract or All cash I am working with the owner and he would like me to help move his inventory any advise on how to sale these properties quick ?

If I were you I would cherry pick 20 of the best houses to sell at a time. I would focus on 7 day auctions. These auctions are when the home buyers tour the house for the weekend and at the end they will be called on by you to see who is the top bidder. I would also pick 20 ugly houses that are wholesale pieces and wholesale them to other investors.

Put them on e-bay individually or as a package deal and start cold calling other large PM companies.
