Sorry if I am starting a thread that's not appropriate, but I wanted to ask here how I would go about connecting with property investors as a contractor who could provide flooring products for their properties?

this is easy, try calling the local investors in the newspaper.  Look at the WE BUY ads, signs around town advertising we buy your home or even rentals you see on the side of the road.  They are investors and you need to market yourself to them.  Also REIA clubs if you have any.  Plan on attending them, join them and advertise in their newsletter.
